The Fields firmly believe that their individual, personal, parallel experiences have lit a burning desire in their hearts to reach and serve the youth of our community. Not only to teach young people about the love of Jesus, but to propel them into a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ, helping them establish strong faith, and moving their lives in a positive direction.

Who God is
What He has prepared for them, and
Where their destines lie.
It is our hope that every young person whose lives we are privileged to sow seed into will not only discover who he or she is in Christ, but that they will have the boldness and knowledge to lead others to Christ as well.”
Allen also serves Springfield Assembly as the Administrative Pastor. Lisa also serves as the Sectional Youth Director for our area and is the Administrator of Kids For Christ Ministries.
